Which factors impact the search engine market ?
A few factors influence the search engine market. First, we can see that the weak macroeconomic environment has had a negative repercussion on the market. On the other hand, the mobile canal has had a positive impact on their revenues. Who is leading in China on the search engine market ?
The search engine market is largely dominated by Baidu. The giant’s total market share gained some more points from Q1 to Q2 in 2015 and reached nearly 83% this year. Its followers are Google China with an 8% market share, Sogou with 4.5%, and 360 Search with 3.6%.
We do not expect this evolution to change and we will be awaiting some more promising numbers next year.
